Information on delivery and shipping

Depending on the volume, shipping is either by DHL, freight forwarder (to kerbside) or PostAT. Items in stock will be handed over to the shipper on the same day if payment is received before 11:00 am.

In the case of an order with several items, the longest delivery time applies. The delivery period for payment in advance begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

Delivery to non-EU countries

s.luce® naturally also supplies all products to non-EU countries. The following applies: When exporting from Germany to non-EU countries, we do not charge German VAT. Instead, the taxes, customs duties and any other import costs to be borne by you are based on the law in your country.
