Information on delivery and shipping
Depending on the volume, shipping is either by DHL, forwarding agency (to kerbside) or PostAT. Items in stock will be handed over to the shipper on the same day if payment is received before 11:00 am.
If you order several items, the longest delivery time applies. The delivery period for payment in advance begins on the day after the payment order is issued to your bank or, for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a weekend or a public holiday, delivery is postponed to the next working day.
Delivery to non-EU countries
skapetze® also delivers to non-EU countries. German value added tax is not charged. Instead, the taxes, customs duties and import costs to be borne by you are based on the regulations of your country. To see the prices without VAT, simply register in our online store.
Convenient shipping to Switzerland
Orders to Switzerland can be placed via the shopping service of meinEinkauf.ch can be processed. Please inform yourself in advance about the price list and the procedure. If you have any questions about ordering with meinEinkauf.ch, you can contact our customer service contact us. Alternatively, we can take care of the entire shipping process to Switzerland.

Our parcel service or the shipping company will take care of customs and charge all costs incurred directly to you:

Parcel service: If possible, your goods will be sent as a parcel. There are fees for customs clearance and the VAT applicable in your country.

Forwarding agency: For larger items there are import costs (e.g. customs clearance, taxes, papers and fees) of approx. 110 - 130 CHF (without guarantee). Local value added tax is added to this.
